Here is a nice, normal life. I'm a mama, wife, teacher, friend.
3 pounds in 9 days!!! No wonder you're always hungry. Since I'm trying to eat healthier these days I would say a favorite snack would be apples with peanut butter or cheese. Tasty.
I was always starving while nursing as well. My fav's were banana bread & an apple cut into bite sized pieces topped with a couple spoonfuls of yogurt, a drizzle of honey & sprinkled with a few pistachios. I also love hummus with pita chips or tortilla chips with queso. Yum!
Cheese curds. Yummmm. I'm also really into wasa crackers right now, with a slice of cheese or a fancy pickle or salami. Crunchy and salty and protein-y.
I'll take some of that, please. I love popcorn with reese's pieces, too, if you want to mix it up. I'm not as famished now that he's eating "solids." Early on I ate a ton of REGULAR (not light) yogurt, and drank Gatorade like it was my job!

Chocolate Peanut butter balls, my MIL's recipe. When I feel peckish and super tired in the middle of the afternoon, I sneak off and eat one without the kids seeing me. And yes, a major perk of breastfeedins is getting to indulge in extra snacks!
