We have that fluffy fake snow that some people put around the bottom of their trees, looks almost like pillow stuffing in the bag... granted, I've never opened the bag because I didn't know where to use it and wasn't sure how it would look. Also, I forgot to tell you I have some red twinkle lights with white wire - is that what you needed for your white tree? We bought them accidentally last year.

I think it needs more snow :) Everyone loves snow.
I actually really like it. If you wanted it fuller, you could add some fake snow, like lobiwan said, and see if it looked right.
But how to make snow? Last year I used white flowers, and you, lobiwan, said that looked funny. so now what?
