January Rampage

We didn't make it to Streit Christmas Saturday in Salina, because little Anna had a bad cold. I had a big list of things I wanted to get done, but kept getting sidetracked by messes. This happens to me sometimes. Is it common?
I went to put a towel away and found this:The next thing I knew, everything was out in the hall, being sorted and tidied. This is not the best way to get a lot of things done.
But it is nice at the end. Once this starts, I know I'm in trouble for awhile. Stay tuned to see what else fell into my path...

Organization is a beautiful thing! Sometimes clutter is the only thing I feel I have control of in my life. Keep on cleaning...in my opinion it's good for the soul.

Oh, I do that too! I love to organize my linen closet or kitchen cabinets or a drawer... Meanwhile there is a mountain of laundry in my bedroom or laundry room and dishes in the sink. I think you are much better than me at getting both type of tasks done, though, rather than using the big projects to put off the daily tasks.

Your linen closet does look lovely, btw.

I do this too. I find that sometimes that is the only way things happen. And like Jenny, I have a million other things to do while I get sidetracked. I agree with Amanda too. Only good can come from cleaning and organizing. Looks great, by the way.

Good to know I'm not alone in this particular craziness. Good for Matthew to know too. :)

I thought I was bad about that. No Betsy, you are not alone!
