We had lots of time to kill while he did band-y things, and the Hutch mall is in a sad state. I think 50% of the stores are empty. I was there just a couple of years ago and everything was fine! I don't understand what happened. It's sad.
The one store that was hopping was the nail salon, which gave me the idea. It is the beginning of summer, and close to Anna's birthday, and we had time to kill...
So we used the TomTom to find another salon and went for our first mother/daughter mani-pedi.
She chose a shocking pink and charmed the whole shop.
Pretty toes!

So sweet! love the tiny flowers. I'll NEVER forget my first mani. I was turning either 8 or 9. I slept with my hands above my head, laying on my tummy, so as not to mess up my polish.
